Location: Virtual in Houston, Dallas, and Austin, TX area. Travels to clients 20% of time.

What you will do
- Meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets for sales territory.
- Create account strategies to maximize business potential and secure new opportunities using solutions-based sales.
- Build industry relationships and develop annual go-to-market sales plans.
- Drive cross-selling of products/services and stay updated on industry technology changes.
- Lead proposals for client RFPs and act as key customer relationship manager.
- Research customer strategies and travel to propose opportunities and ensure client relations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of outside sales experience
- 2+ years of AV industry experience preferred
- Solution selling experience preferred
- Experience with CRM platforms; Sales Logic a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and entrepreneurial mindset
