What you will do

• Lead tactical planning for programmatic campaigns, ensuring innovative recommendations meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with buyers and directors on media plan development and execution.
• Prepare and present programmatic plans with strategy, rationale, and backup materials.
• Manage day-to-day communications with clients, vendors, and partners; handle ad builds and QA reporting.
• Oversee team operations, task assignment, and adherence to best practices.
• Investigate results, develop optimizations, and negotiate media contracts.

Requirements

• 5+ years in day-to-day programmatic campaign management across multiple DSPs.
• Strong technical knowledge for troubleshooting and building campaigns from scratch.
• Experience managing buyers and assistants; comfortable building client relationships.
