Location: Remote in one of these US states only: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, ID, IL, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, MO, NV, NH, NJ, NY, NC, SC, OH, OK, PA, RI, TN, TX, UT, VA or office in Boston, MA.

What you will do
- Architect and manage integrated omnichannel campaigns across CTV, OLV, Native Ads, Streaming Audio, OOH, Linear TV, and Broadcast Radio.
- Build data-driven audience profiles using demographics, movement patterns, and digital interests for strategic planning.
- Evaluate and purchase media via programmatic platforms like StackAdapt, Basis, DV360, MNTN, and PMPs.
- Own performance measurement, translating data into insights on incrementality, LTV, and CAC.
- Lead client calls, QBRs, and relationships with publishers and data providers like Experian for preferred pricing.
- Mentor junior buyers and handle ad server setup, pixel creation, and QA.
Requirements
- 5+ years in digital media planning and buying with expertise in site-direct and programmatic.
- Expert proficiency with DSPs (StackAdapt, DV360, Basis, TTD), Ad Servers (Campaign Manager), and GA4.
- Proven track record with OTT/CTV, Streaming Audio, Traditional Linear/Radio.
- Advanced knowledge of remarketing, dynamic creative, CRM, lookalikes, predictive modeling.
- Strategic ability to map data partners to customer journey.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive-level interactions.
