What you will do
- Own a ~$15M P&L, focusing on gross profit margin, net revenue retention (NRR), and client goal attainment.
- Lead and develop Associate Directors to ensure high standards of delivery and quality across Paid Media, Programmatic, and Creative pillars.
- Inspect critical client inflection points, including strategy reviews, QBRs, and ABRs, to ensure output meets strict quality standards.
- Manage pricing, staffing, and resourcing decisions to optimize operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with priority client stakeholders to drive retention and growth.
- Collaborate with People Operations to hire and develop a pipeline of future leadership talent.
Requirements
- 10+ years of paid media leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of managing multi-channel practices at scale.
- Experience managing middle managers (Associate Directors, Group Directors, or equivalent) and billable consultants.
- Proven P&L ownership experience, including responsibility for gross margins and commercial outcomes.
- Fluency across search, social, and programmatic channels to credibly inspect strategy and execution.
- Must be based in Canada with established and current work authorization.
Nice to have
- Agency or consulting background with exposure to B2B, B2C, or performance-driven client portfolios.
- Experience integrating Creative into Paid Media practices or leading cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in managing programmatic at scale, including DSP partnerships and first-party data strategy.
