Salary: Base $103,000 - $130,000 USD, OTE $115,000 - $145,000 USD

Healthcare tech startup building an AI-powered Medicare platform to help brokers and seniors navigate complex insurance coverage.

What you will do

  • Drive usage of the Spark platform and services to minimize churn and foster lasting partnerships.
  • Manage the end-to-end partner lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, and expansion.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners' leadership and operations teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve partner satisfaction and provide product feedback to marketing and sales teams.
  • Negotiate adjustments to partnership agreements within established frameworks.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Partner Account Management or Partner Success.
  • 3+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • 2+ years of project management or onboarding/implementation experience.
  • Experience in the Medicare or related healthcare industry.
  • Must be located in the United States (employment eligibility verified via E-Verify).

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or Airtable.
  • Spanish fluency.
