What you will do
- Drive market growth by identifying customer needs and building a robust pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
- Develop and execute account-based sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless deal execution and client satisfaction.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor to prospects.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed account records in Salesforce.
- Travel within your territory (30-40% expectation) for client meetings, conferences, and events.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven success selling enterprise SaaS solutions (B2B).
- Experience in healthcare technology, preferably behavioral health.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Expertise in prospecting, negotiating, and managing complex sales cycles.
- Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
- Ability to travel within territory (30-40% expectation).
