What you will do

  • Drive market growth by identifying customer needs and building a robust pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account-based sales strategies, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure seamless deal execution and client satisfaction.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor to prospects.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed account records in Salesforce.
  • Travel within your territory (30-40% expectation) for client meetings, conferences, and events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven success selling enterprise SaaS solutions (B2B).
  • Experience in healthcare technology, preferably behavioral health.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in prospecting, negotiating, and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
  • Ability to travel within territory (30-40% expectation).
