Location: Must be based in Etobicoke, ON, Canada (requires daily travel between client sites).
Salary: CAD 80,000 - CAD 95,000 per year.

What you will do
- Lead complex AV installations, ensuring compliance with SOW, BOM, and industry standards.
- Act as the primary on-site technical authority for system integration, commissioning, and performance validation.
- Review project documentation and assist in planning installation activities to identify risks and scope gaps.
- Oversee and mentor Technicians and Installers to ensure project alignment and progress.
- Provide field expertise for escalations and challenging service issues.
- Validate as-built documentation and manage project closeout procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional Audio Visual Integration experience.
- Extensive experience with Crestron, Biamp, QSYS, and major video conferencing platforms.
- Valid G class driver's license and personal vehicle for daily travel.
- Proof of insurance.
- Required certifications: Avixa CTS, Crestron P101, Tesira Level 02 (Design & Programming), Qsys Level 2/Control 101, Netgear Level 2, and Dante Level 2 & 3.
Nice to have
- Crestron IVC-E certification.
- Netgear Level 3 certification.
