Location: 100% in-office presence in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada

Compensation: CAD $38.46 - $55.30/hr

What you will do

• Lead daily production activities to meet or exceed safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate Team Leads and Operators to foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
• Monitor KPIs such as output, defects, and downtime, and lead Tier 2 daily management meetings.
• Coordinate with Planning, Materials, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure work center readiness.
• Enforce safety protocols, 5S practices, standard work, and operational policy compliance.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions for quality or safety issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or 5+ years of relative experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• 1+ years in a formal or informal leadership role.
• Experience with takt time, standard work, visual management, and daily tier meetings.
• Proficiency in basic digital tools including ERP, Excel, and production dashboards.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Lean, 5S, and visual factory principles.
• Experience in coaching and performance management.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, fishbone).
• Strong conflict resolution and feedback skills.
