What you will do

• Lead structured discovery to uncover customer needs and translate complex requirements into viable solution options.
• Design and present end-to-end architectures across on-premises, SaaS, and hybrid deployments.
• Deliver compelling demos, pilots, and proof-of-concepts to showcase technical capabilities and mission value.
• Conduct Technical Business Reviews (TBRs) with strategic accounts to align on objectives and value realization.
• Analyze and optimize investigative workflows to reduce friction and accelerate the case-to-closure process.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams by capturing field feedback and emerging use cases.

Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in Spanish and English (primary business language).
• Must be based in Spain.
• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar).
• Experience implementing complex software solutions for government or law enforcement agencies.
• Solid IT foundation in Windows/Linux, networking, security, and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Direct experience within law enforcement, public safety, or Federal/DoD environments.
• Hands-on experience with digital forensics, eDiscovery, or incident response.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled analytics and automation tools.
• Background working with Customer Success or Product Management organizations.
