What you will do

• Formulate detailed order requirements for factories regarding packaging, customization, and labeling.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process from client communication to shipment.
• Control manufacturing deadlines and ensure correct implementation of requirements by factories.
• Coordinate quality control, payment, and shipment processes.
• Resolve quality control issues and handle client claims regarding goods and shipping.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of the full production process and quality control.
• Proficiency in foreign trade practices, including payment schemes, export, and VAT refunds.
• Profound experience working with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers.
• Advanced level of English for conducting negotiations.
