What you will do

  • Manage and evolve worldwide procurement and supply chain operations to drive EBIT-impacting savings.
  • Lead and inspire a global team, focusing on skill development and performance optimization.
  • Standardize and automate Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes using digital tools and ERP solutions.
  • Develop and enforce global procurement policies to ensure compliance with internal controls and certifications.
  • Establish and maintain a robust risk framework covering operational, financial, and compliance risks.
  • Build strategic partnerships across business lines and with suppliers to foster innovation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of international procurement and supply chain leadership experience, preferably in a listed, matrixed organization.
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement & Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, NEVI, or APICS.
  • Proven track record in cost-saving initiatives, risk management, and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (IFS is a plus) and data analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills and cultural awareness for managing high-performing global teams.
