What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and email communications professionally in the customer service queue.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.
- Document all customer interactions and monitor open items to ensure complete resolution.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve service outcomes and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain 90% quality and schedule adherence standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be based in or able to work in Plano, TX.
- 6–12 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with customer systems.
