What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Input Finance customers and strategic accounts.
• Support Relationship Managers and Field Finance Representatives in annual selling and retention efforts.
• Diagnose and resolve a wide range of potential issues for distribution partners and field sales staff.
• Act as a subject matter expert to provide exemplary service and support.
• Collaborate strategically to achieve Input Finance goals.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (sponsorship is not available).
• Bachelor's Degree or an Associate's Degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conducting business and making customer presentations.
