What you will do

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer support matters, handling inbound and outbound interactions.
• Resolve customer issues and accurately document all interactions within Salesforce cases.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with pharmacies, courier companies, and patients.
• Manage day-to-day courier and pharmacy operations, including scheduled manual tasks.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all systems and processes related to customer and partner support.
• Identify system concerns, alert the company, and assist with challenging client escalations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Experience handling difficult or complicated customer service issues.
• Effective communication skills through phone, email, and chat interactions.
• Experience with tools such as Slack and Salesforce.
• Proven ability to multitask while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to work 12pm-8pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, with some rotating weekend responsibilities.
