What you will do

  • Build rapport with customers to create a best-in-class experience and resolve requests on first contact.
  • Educate clients regarding their life insurance policies with hirify.global.
  • Handle a variety of customer problems independently, seeking guidance for highly complex cases.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure the department meets expected service levels.
  • Utilize multiple internal systems and tools to achieve call quality and handling time goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience or an Undergraduate Degree.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 8am–8pm Eastern Time, Monday–Friday.
  • Ability to attend mandatory training from July 6th to September 25th without interruption.

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Insurance or Annuity financial products, hospitality, or retail sales.
  • Bilingual skills in Spanish.
