What you will do
- Provide personalized, empathetic support to patients and providers in a high-volume contact center.
- Verify insurance, investigate benefits coverage, and estimate out-of-pocket costs.
- Troubleshoot product, service, and enrollment issues with urgency and sensitivity.
- Act as the primary liaison between patients and the company to ensure accurate and compliant requests.
- Document all interactions and patient insurance records accurately within Salesforce.
- Ensure strict compliance with FDA regulations and HIPAA privacy requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2–3+ years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment (60+ activities per day).
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook.
- Typing speed of 40+ WPM and confident system navigation.
- Ability to work the shift: Sunday - Thursday (3pm - 11:30pm CST).
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or patient-focused environments.
- Background in health insurance, reimbursement, or financial counseling.
- Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
