What you will do

• Lead complex projects from planning through execution and phase gate approval.
• Manage multi-site, cross-functional teams to deliver committed prototypes and products.
• Negotiate trade-offs and commit to project outcomes using state-of-the-art project management tools.
• Drive day-to-day project work and resolve issues rapidly via management escalation.
• Provide synthesized written and verbal communication to stakeholders and project sponsors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Technical Project Management and Product Development experience.
• Must be local to Agoura Hills, CA.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Experience leading teams across multiple geographic locations and influencing without direct authority.
• Advanced proficiency in Project Scheduling tools, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
