What you will do
- Establish the RevOps function, defining the processes and infrastructure needed to drive organisational improvement.
- Design and implement the RevOps data model to support KPI tracking and reporting across Commercial and Finance teams.
- Optimise operating processes and workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve conversions.
- Manage the commercial tech stack, ensuring maximum system utilisation and alignment with objectives.
- Lead pipeline and revenue forecasting processes in close collaboration with Finance.
- Develop commercial playbooks, training materials, and annual commission plans to incentivise performance.
Requirements
- Strong track record in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments.
- Builder Mindset with proven ability to establish RevOps functions from scratch.
- Highly analytical with proficiency in BI tools and CRM systems to drive change through data.
- Leadership experience and the ability to drive delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Experience operating within a private equity environment at a fast pace.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical, life-sciences, or healthcare industries.
