What you will do
- Own GTM tech stack including CRM, engagement, and analytics tools: architect integrations, ensure reliability, and document systems.
- Design and scale automations and AI workflows for demand gen, pipeline, expansion, and retention (e.g., signal triggers, account enrichment).
- Build dashboards, attribution models, executive reports, and pipeline analytics to provide actionable revenue insights.
- Create data models (scoring, propensity) and operationalize them into workflows across commercial teams.
- Enable cross-functional teams (Marketing, BD, Program Management, Account Management) with GTM systems and training.
- Support revenue ops including deal tracking, contracts, invoicing, renewals, and integration with clinical delivery.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, run diagnostics, and pilot optimizations for scalable processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in RevOps, Growth Ops, or Business Ops in tech, ideally healthcare/clinical trials/diagnostics with enterprise B2B sales.
- Expertise in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce): dashboards, workflows, integrations, data integrity.
- Strong analytics: SQL, Python/scripting, API integrations, data modeling, dashboarding, attribution, forecasting; AI/LLM experience ideal.
- Project management for cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication to explain complex systems to non-technical users.
