TL;DR

Senior Go-To-Market Engineer (Sr. Revenue Operations Manager) (Healthcare RevOps): Select, integrate, and maintain GTM tools including CRM and analytics to drive commercial efficiency across life sciences partnerships with an accent on automation, data insights, and process optimization. Focus on building AI-enabled workflows, revenue dashboards, data models, and cross-functional systems for pipeline acceleration, deal tracking, and strategic decisions.

Location: Remote (Boston, MA-based with occasional travel to hubs in Boston, New York City, and Paris once per quarter)

What you will do

  • Own GTM tech stack including CRM, engagement, and analytics tools: architect integrations, ensure reliability, and document systems.
  • Design and scale automations and AI workflows for demand gen, pipeline, expansion, and retention (e.g., signal triggers, account enrichment).
  • Build dashboards, attribution models, executive reports, and pipeline analytics to provide actionable revenue insights.
  • Create data models (scoring, propensity) and operationalize them into workflows across commercial teams.
  • Enable cross-functional teams (Marketing, BD, Program Management, Account Management) with GTM systems and training.
  • Support revenue ops including deal tracking, contracts, invoicing, renewals, and integration with clinical delivery.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, run diagnostics, and pilot optimizations for scalable processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in RevOps, Growth Ops, or Business Ops in tech, ideally healthcare/clinical trials/diagnostics with enterprise B2B sales.
  • Expertise in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce): dashboards, workflows, integrations, data integrity.
  • Strong analytics: SQL, Python/scripting, API integrations, data modeling, dashboarding, attribution, forecasting; AI/LLM experience ideal.
  • Project management for cross-functional initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication to explain complex systems to non-technical users.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: simplicity, self-starting, scalability.
