What you will do

  • Lead the weekly business cadence, delivering narratives on pipeline health, performance trends, and risks for NOAM Retail.
  • Conduct bi-weekly performance deep dives for AE and AM segments to identify execution gaps and prioritize actions.
  • Facilitate MBR and QBR sessions to align strategic priorities and investment cases with GTM and Finance leadership.
  • Perform monthly quota, coverage, and capacity analysis to provide data-driven resourcing recommendations.
  • Manage the RevOps workstream for quarterly reforecasting, aligning targets with current business realities.
  • Build and coach a high-performing RevOps team while partnering with Product, Enablement, and Data teams to align tools and reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in GTM environments (Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, BizOps, Strategy, or FP&A).
  • 2+ years of people leadership experience managing teams in hybrid or remote settings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or Operations (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of driving cross-functional outcomes with senior stakeholders in GTM and Finance.
  • Advanced analytical skills in designing and governing KPIs across the full customer journey.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required.
