What you will do
- Support stakeholders with quoting and contracting processes via Salesforce CPQ.
- Assist sales teams with deal crafting and strategies to increase revenue and velocity.
- Process closed contracts and manage opportunity updates within Salesforce.
- Identify and implement process automation and optimizations for scalability.
- Perform data audits to resolve discrepancies and ensure system integrity.
- Develop reports and provide business insights through ad hoc analysis.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Intermediate knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Sales Operations role (preferred).
- Experience with enterprise SaaS solutions (preferred).
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ.
