TL;DR
Revenue Operations Lead (HubSpot/AI): Scaling 's AI revenue engine across Sales, Customer Success, and Services with an accent on systems optimization and forecasting accuracy. Focus on designing scalable revenue processes, improving data visibility, and establishing an operating rhythm for the AI business unit.
Location: Remote (Mexico). Must work US East Coast hours.

What you will do
- Own and optimize revenue systems with HubSpot at the core to ensure clean, scalable workflows.
- Build and maintain revenue reporting, dashboards, and forecasting models for the AI business.
- Design and document end-to-end revenue processes from opportunity through contract to renewal.
- Partner with Sales and CS leadership on territory design, quota modeling, and pipeline health.
- Establish operating cadences, documentation, and performance reviews (MBRs) for the business unit.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations in a high-growth tech company.
- Strong hands-on experience owning and scaling within HubSpot.
- Deep practical understanding of sales motions, renewals, expansions, and forecasting.
- Ability to map complex real-world processes into clean, scalable systems.
- Based in Mexico and available to work US East Coast hours.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools such as Jiminny, Customer.io, Census, or Metabase.
- SQL fluency or strong comfort interrogating data directly.
- Exposure to AI, data platforms, marketplaces, or managed services businesses.
