What you will do

• Administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 for managing core data, memberships, workflows, and collaboration setup
• Maintain and govern SharePoint Online environments including site structures, document libraries, permissions, and content
• Support integrations between Dynamics and SharePoint such as automated site provisioning, permission management, and data synchronisation
• Troubleshoot cross-platform issues involving automation, access control, and workflow integrity
• Provide Azure and Microsoft 365 administration, internal helpdesk support, and user lifecycle management
• Contribute to system security, documentation, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP)
• Strong hands-on SharePoint Online administration experience
• Experience managing permissions, integrations, and structured collaboration environments
• Solid understanding of IT operations and user lifecycle management
• Confident troubleshooting across platforms and workflows
• Home-based in the UK with occasional travel

Nice to have

• Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
• Azure SQL or data environments
• Power BI
• Identity and access management (Entra ID)
• Experience working with external IT providers
