What you will do

• Own day-to-day internal IT support and manage the full employee onboarding and offboarding lifecycle.
• Coordinate with managed service providers (MSPs) and third-party contractors to maintain infrastructure reliability.
• Assess and centralize technology stacks of acquired agencies, migrating legacy servers, email systems, and domains.
• Administer and optimize core SaaS tools including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Jira, Slack, and Notion.
• Automate repetitive manual processes using scripting, APIs, and AI tools.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and a higher degree education.
• Experience supporting macOS, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Notion.
• Strong networking fundamentals including DNS, VPN, SSL, firewalls, and SSH.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and access issues independently.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, or Autopilot.
• Knowledge of WordPress, hosting environments, and domain migrations.
• SQL knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and experience with APIs, webhooks, and Postman.
• Scripting ability in Bash or PowerShell.
• Experience supporting M&A acquisitions or multi-site environments.
