What you will do

• Lead medium to large projects and complex programs through the entire project development life cycle.
• Define project scope, develop integrated plans, and manage budgets in collaboration with sponsors and systems counterparts.
• Execute cross-functional implementations via an agile delivery model, covering requirements gathering, design, and build.
• Mitigate project risks, resolve conflicts, and manage resources to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
• Implement change management and readiness strategies with partners in communication, training, and technology.
• Provide regular status updates and performance feedback to stakeholders and project team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, or a HS Diploma with 10+ years of project management experience.
• 8+ years of experience managing and driving the execution of complex, cross-functional strategic projects.
• Ability to operate effectively in both agile and waterfall project environments.
• Strong business acumen and professional communication skills for interacting with senior leaders.
• Location: Must be based in Boston or Springfield, Massachusetts.
