What you will do

• Serve as primary senior lead on key client relationships, translating objectives into digital and social strategies.
• Provide guidance on campaigns, content ecosystems, and long-term account vision.
• Oversee integrated digital/social campaigns from brief to execution, ensuring cultural relevance and platform-native work.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams including account, social, and strategy.
• Manage account health, scopes, timelines, delivery, and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in digital, social, or integrated marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Proven experience leading major brand accounts and cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of social platforms, content ecosystems, and cultural trends
• Experience developing and presenting strategic frameworks and campaign ideas
• Strong communication, client management, and presentation skills
