TL;DR

Partner Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing a portfolio of strategic partners in the LatAm region to ensure successful integration and monetization of security solutions with an accent on partner activation and revenue expansion. Focus on reducing time-to-first-value, driving product adoption, and executing joint growth plans to increase MRR.

Location: Must be located in Brazil and have the legal right to work there.

What you will do

  • Lead partner onboarding and activation processes to reduce time-to-first-value.
  • Embed security products into partner workflows, sales motions, and support processes.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase partner-driven MRR.
  • Monitor partner health and engagement to proactively mitigate churn risks.
  • Enable partner sales teams with positioning, messaging, and playbooks.
  • Act as the voice of the partner internally, providing regional insights to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, or Account Management within SaaS, Hosting, Cloud, or Infrastructure.
  • Proven experience working with partners in the LatAm region.
  • Experience with HSPs, MSPs, or channel-based business models.
  • Strong commercial mindset focused on revenue, expansion, and growth.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Legal right to work in Brazil.
