Location: Remote (US and Ontario, Canada)
Salary: $159,500 - $191,000 USD

What you will do
- Own customer engagement and retention initiatives to increase overall product value and satisfaction.
- Deliver measurable outcomes against key metrics including Net Revenue Retention (NRR), product engagement, and NPS.
- Integrate AI thoughtfully into the user experience to create seamless, intelligent workflows and faster results.
- Champion AI-assisted product development practices across research, prototyping, and iteration.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to translate customer pain into clear requirements.
- Mentor and coach other Product Managers to elevate product thinking across the organization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, ideally within the SMB domain.
- Must be based in the US or Ontario, Canada.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs in production environments with a sharp eye for UX.
- Strong data proficiency and ability to drive aggressive targets using metrics and qualitative insights.
- Expert communication skills for collaborating with engineering and presenting visions to C-suite executives.
Nice to have
- Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, or Product-Led Growth (PLG).
- Direct technical experience with prompt engineering or RAG pipelines.
- Background in growth-focused initiatives such as onboarding, monetization, or retention.
