Principal Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the United States or Ontario, Canada

Salary: $148,782–$185,977 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead strategic customer retention initiatives and own customer value across critical product areas.
• Reduce friction on the path to value and improve customer happiness, engagement, Net Revenue Retention, and NPS.
• Embed AI and LLM-based capabilities into product experiences to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Champion AI-assisted practices across product research, prototyping, and iteration.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to translate customer needs into product requirements and ship measurable outcomes.
• Mentor product managers and cross-functional partners while presenting strategies, tradeoffs, and roadmaps to executives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, ideally focused on SMB products.
• Experience leading complex, high-ambiguity product areas and working in a squad-leader model.
• Understanding of deploying LLMs in production and designing effective AI-enabled user experiences.
• Strong written, verbal, analytical, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to use product metrics, customer research, and experiments to prioritize decisions.
• Customer-focused approach and experience collaborating across engineering, design, marketing, and customer success.

Nice to have

• Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, or Product-Led Growth.
• Prompt engineering or RAG pipeline experience.
• Experience with onboarding, monetization, or retention initiatives.
