What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI and analytics capabilities, balancing immediate delivery with long-term innovation.
• Design and evolve client-facing analytics experiences, including dashboards and tools for assessing supplier readiness and risk.
• Lead the development of conversational analytics features and natural language query (NLQ) capabilities.
• Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science teams to leverage LLM-powered and Snowflake Cortex-based infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to drive adoption and refine features based on real-world usage.
• Utilize AI tools internally to accelerate product research, discovery synthesis, and user story development.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS environment with a history of shipping customer-facing capabilities.
• Proven experience building and launching external-facing analytics or data-driven products.
• Technical proficiency with data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks, including an understanding of semantic layers.
• Familiarity with embedded BI tools such as Tableau, Sisense, Qlik, or Looker.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts applied to analytics, including LLM integration patterns and conversational BI.

• Experience in supply chain, compliance, or risk-related domains.
• Strong technical credibility when collaborating with ML and data engineers.
