Principal Product Manager (IoT)

Location: Remote, open to candidates residing in the United States; SF Bay Area

Annual base salary: $137,200–$245,000 USD, plus potential RSUs and performance-based compensation.

What you will do

• Own the Worker Safety initiative from customer discovery and market validation through launch and scale.
• Conduct deep customer and market research to identify unmet needs and differentiated product opportunities.
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap while balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Bridge firmware engineering and software execution to deliver the next product version and scalable solutions.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and marketing to accelerate adoption and win strategic deals.
• Establish success metrics, track performance, and iterate to drive measurable customer and revenue impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including success in high-growth and scrappy environments.
• Proven ability to build products from the ground up without an established playbook.
• Strong first-principles thinking and analytical ability to quantify market opportunities and prioritize engineering directions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting product vision to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Technical literacy and comfort collaborating closely with firmware engineers and technical teams; a hardware background is not required.
• Must reside in the United States.
