What you will do
- Lead the Worker Safety initiative as a single-threaded owner, defining the long-term market position for a zero-to-one product.
- Conduct intensive onsite customer discovery and market validation to translate feedback into clear value propositions and ROI.
- Architect the Version 2 product roadmap, coordinating between firmware engineering and software execution.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to build full-stack solutions and partner with GTM teams to scale adoption.
- Establish success metrics, track performance, and iterate quickly to drive revenue growth and customer impact.
- Utilize AI tools for rapid prototyping and visualization of product concepts.
Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years of Product Management experience in high-growth environments.
- Mindset: Proven ability to build products from the ground up (zero-to-one) where no playbook exists.
- Location: Must be residing in the US.
- Strong analytical rigor and first-principles thinking to quantify market opportunities.
- Ability to pitch vision to internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Technical literacy to work effectively with firmware engineers and technical teams.
