Product Manager, Software

Location: Must live within commuting distance of the Boston, MA or Seattle, WA offices and work in the office at least 3 days per week.

Base salary: $119,000–$149,100 per year, depending on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.

What you will do

• Own execution for a defined product area, including the roadmap, backlog, and delivery of specific features or workflows.
• Translate requirements into product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and shippable plans.
• Use research, data, and customer feedback to guide product decisions and advocate for reliable experiences.
• Maintain quality by testing edge cases, identifying gaps, and ensuring features work as expected.
• Partner closely with engineering and design while communicating status, trade-offs, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Use AI tools for research synthesis, specification drafting, data analysis, and other product management work.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of Product Management experience, ideally with technical, platform, or systems-oriented products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience shipping features or improvements with attention to quality and customer experience.
• Technical fluency sufficient for effective conversations with engineers, plus strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily product management work.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs, developer platforms, infrastructure-adjacent products, multi-device systems, or connected ecosystems.
• Interest or experience in audio, smart home, IoT, or connected hardware.
• Experience with AI-assisted product development workflows.
