Location: Chicago area, Chicago-based with ability to meet agency partners in person. Flexible work: remote, hybrid, or in-office options.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $170,000

What you will do
- Grow assigned portfolio of Publicis Groupe agency partnerships (Publicis Canada, Saatchi & Saatchi, Starcom, Publicis UK, Fallon).
- Develop relationships with programmatic planners, traders, activation leads, and investment decision-makers.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast opportunities, and drive upsell/cross-sell with Client Success.
- Act as strategic advisor on audience strategy, programmatic activation, and performance optimization using hands-on experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Client Success, Marketing, Privacy & Compliance) for tailored solutions.
- Provide voice-of-the-agency insights to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3-4 years in programmatic media, ad tech, or agency roles
- Hands-on, keyboard-level experience in DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, Yahoo DSP, or similar)
- Background in programmatic planning, activation, or trading (agency or platform side)
- Existing relationships or experience with Publicis Groupe agencies
- Chicago-based, with ability to meet partners in person
- Experience with programmatic workflows, buying mechanics, performance measurement, and complex sales cycles
