What you will do

• Own post-contract communication, meetings, onboarding, performance reviews, troubleshooting, and upselling for sales house clients.
• Analyze performance trends to identify revenue opportunities and implement solutions with clients.
• Develop processes for client support and escalate feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business Development, Legal, and Marketing to build partner strategies.
• Oversee technology integrations for smooth launches with technical support.
• Deeply understand hirify.global product portfolio to tailor solutions for each client.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of account management experience with digital publishers
• Excellent quantitative skills for monitoring and presenting performance metrics (pivot tables)
• Excellent written and verbal communication for QBRs and client interactions
• Strong understanding of programmatic and video advertising landscapes
• Strong time-management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google apps (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
