What you will do

• Provide finance support to Procurement teams to ensure maximum value is achieved from non-pay spend.
• Influence Unit and Procurement colleagues to embed a value-for-money mentality across the Group.
• Develop a deep understanding of Unit strategies, external market trends, and supplier business models.
• Coordinate with FP&A teams to embed aligned savings targets within budgets via the medium-term planning (MTP) cycle.
• Track and deliver tangible savings to improve profit margins and long-term sustainable value.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA preferred).
• Strategic financial literacy to analyze data and drive value-accretive behavioral change.
• Experience in constructive stakeholder engagement, including challenging senior colleagues.
• Ability to work from London or Bristol offices on a hybrid basis.
