What you will do

• Act as primary contact for shareholders, debt investors and rating agencies, managing relationships and messaging.
• Own and refine equity and credit narrative aligned to corporate strategy.
• Lead preparation of investor presentations, results materials, briefing papers and Q&A documents.
• Ensure timely responses to enquiries and alignment with reporting requirements.
• Lead rating agency interactions, including reviews and model preparation.
• Translate financial performance into compelling communications and support financing activities.

Requirements

• Commutable distance to London / Winchester
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Commercial acumen connecting operational performance to financial outcomes.
• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) or relevant finance degree.
• Experience in FP&A at group level or broader finance roles; leading financial strategy execution.
