What you will do

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day P2P operations, ensuring service continuity across onshore, offshore (Accenture), and Comcast teams.
• Govern offshore service delivery, managing escalations, VIM approvals, and aged items on the Creditors Ledger.
• Act as a P2P subject matter expert supporting vendor onboarding and resolving complex business issues to reduce VIM backlogs.
• Support strategic integration initiatives, including hirify.global’s integration into Comcast and Project Fusion.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization by analyzing performance data and partnering with stakeholders.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and develop capability through cross‑skilling and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong financial and Accounts Payable expertise with a deep understanding of end‑to‑end P2P processes.
• Sound knowledge of P2P control frameworks, balance sheet ownership, and reconciliations.
• Analytical proficiency using Excel, Power BI, and M365 Copilot.
• Proven problem‑solving capability and experience performing root‑cause analysis.
• Experience using SAP and/or Oracle.
• CIMA or ACCA qualification (or working towards) preferred.
