Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

What you will do

• Provide accurate and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all business functions to build strong relationships.
• Enhance FP&A capabilities to drive improvements in margins and operational efficiency.
• Lead and develop a small team of two direct reports.
• Manage and identify balance sheet risks and opportunities.
• Act as a system super user for financial software and optimize financial controls.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA); QBE will also be considered.
• Proven experience in a Finance Manager or similar Business Partner role.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar financial systems and strong Excel skills.
• Ability to work from the Leominster office as part of a hybrid schedule.
