TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Executive (Staffing Vertical): Driving sales processes including prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals to grow profitability in the staffing vertical with an accent on consultative value-selling and linking solutions to customer needs. Focus on building pipelines, meeting quotas, influencing VP-level stakeholders, and expanding business in human capital and BPO industries.

Location: 100% remote, individual must be located in the United States

Salary: $110-125k base annually before bonus structure

What you will do

  • Drive disciplined sales process: prospecting, building stakeholder relationships, delivering compelling value propositions, and managing closing timelines.
  • Achieve growth and profitability targets including quotas, profit goals, and performance metrics for the staffing vertical.
  • Communicate company vision, brand, and strategy to potential clients while leading discovery and building sales pipelines.
  • Grow client relationships, ensure retention, and serve as a credible representative.
  • Implement value-selling processes using deep knowledge of products and portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years consultative sales experience in human capital, BPO, or technology-based industry
  • Proven record of negotiation, closing new client sales, and developing leads/pipelines
  • Ability to attain quotas monthly/quarterly/annually and gain credibility with VP-suite
  • Strong relationship building, communication, influence, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
