Location: 100% remote, individual must be located in the United States
Salary: $110-125k base annually before bonus structure

What you will do
- Drive disciplined sales process: prospecting, building stakeholder relationships, delivering compelling value propositions, and managing closing timelines.
- Achieve growth and profitability targets including quotas, profit goals, and performance metrics for the staffing vertical.
- Communicate company vision, brand, and strategy to potential clients while leading discovery and building sales pipelines.
- Grow client relationships, ensure retention, and serve as a credible representative.
- Implement value-selling processes using deep knowledge of products and portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years consultative sales experience in human capital, BPO, or technology-based industry
- Proven record of negotiation, closing new client sales, and developing leads/pipelines
- Ability to attain quotas monthly/quarterly/annually and gain credibility with VP-suite
- Strong relationship building, communication, influence, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
