What you will do

• Evaluate incoming scripts, VFX breakdowns, and creative materials to determine project scope.
• Craft detailed bids and templates, managing the bidding process from pre-award to kickoff.
• Conduct client meetings and maintain relationships with directors and producers.
• Lead negotiations with sub-vendors to optimize costs and delivery standards.
• Manage financial and creative handovers to Line Producers and Supervisors.
• Track project projections and coordinate resource allocation with the Casting Department.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the entertainment industry or 3 years as a TTF Production Coordinator.
• Deep knowledge of animation/VFX production and technical workflows.
• Expertise in man-day scheduling and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Project).
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participating).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Maya, Photoshop, and technological pipelines.
• Basic experience with Avid/editorial tools.
