What you will do

  • Assist Project Managers and Directors through all project phases, including design, construction, and completion.
  • Manage document control, project file systems, and overall administrative functions for the project team.
  • Coordinate regularly scheduled project meetings and maintain detailed minutes.
  • Track open RFIs, Non-Conformance Logs, and submittals to ensure the design team provides timely information.
  • Monitor owner open issues and review on-site inspection reports to ensure the highest quality standards.
  • Support the preparation of monthly pay applications and assemble final project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in the construction or related services industry.
  • Must be based in Nashville, TN.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Project, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
