Location: Los Angeles, CA. Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for ITAR authorization.
Salary: $160,000 - $200,000

What you will do
- Drive end-to-end delivery of high-priority recruiting programs, including headcount planning, interview operations, and offer workflows.
- Develop recruiter enablement resources, training, and documentation to ensure operational consistency and quality.
- Identify and implement opportunities for standardization and automation across recruiting and hiring operations.
- Define and own recruiting metrics, building dashboards to monitor pipeline health and funnel performance.
- Partner with the Recruiting Systems Product Manager to configure the ATS and maintain data integrity.
- Lead large-scale change management efforts to ensure the adoption of new tools and processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR consulting, or program management in a high-growth environment.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and change management principles.
- Strong ability to influence leadership and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting both exempt and non-exempt populations, preferably in manufacturing or defense.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected individual per ITAR regulations.
Nice to have
- Experience building or scaling a recruiting operations function from the ground up.
- Direct experience with Ashby or other leading ATS implementations and reporting structures.
- Exposure to people analytics or BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Background in aerospace, defense, or similarly complex operational environments.
