What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies for engineering, product, and design roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing and networking within AI and music technology communities.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate the end-to-end interview process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent in highly competitive markets.
• Establish and refine recruiting processes and metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
• Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and conferences to enhance the employer brand.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within the technology or startup sector.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully recruiting for engineering roles, with mobile engineering experience being a plus.
• Strong ability to source passive candidates and evaluate them against complex technical requirements.
• Proficiency with Ashby (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Strong passion and interest in music.
