What you will do

• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and cultivate a pipeline of elite technical talent.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to align on requirements and deliver talent with high precision.
• Contribute to building an inclusive workplace by recruiting diverse talent.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve hiring velocity, operational efficiency, and candidate satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for software engineering and/or product positions across various seniority levels.
• Demonstrated experience with creative sourcing techniques for passive, world-class talent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for partnering with all levels of the organization.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and a track record of exceeding KPIs.
• Must be based in or able to work in-person at the New York City HQ.
