What you will do

• Drive the vision for asynchronous video-based patient engagement and develop clinical delivery standards.
• Lead and scale a remote team of nurses, pharmacists, and health coaches.
• Implement end-to-end digital workflows, SOPs, and performance management infrastructure.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Growth teams to optimize clinical programs.
• Use data platforms like Salesforce and Talkdesk to monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Active clinical licensure (MD, DO, NP, PA, RN, PharmD or equivalent).
• Must be eligible to work in the US (no sponsorship available).
• 10+ years of leadership experience in technology-enabled or digitally delivered care models.
• Proven experience in a startup or growth-stage digital health company.
• Experience building and scaling remote clinical or operational teams.
• Clinical expertise in managing chronic conditions such as DM, HTN, CHF, and/or COPD.

Nice to have

• Experience with asynchronous video-based care or engagement platforms.
• Experience partnering with health plans, hospitals, or public health organizations.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MScN, or equivalent).
• Spanish language proficiency.
