What you will do
- Own the Provider Services function, including service levels, quality, provider experience, and operational cost.
- Lead a large-scale support organization, managing both offshore and vendor-supported operations.
- Define and execute a modernization roadmap incorporating voice AI, digital channels, and workflow automation.
- Establish rigorous performance tracking using KPIs, scorecards, and productivity dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Network and health plan operations to solve upstream drivers of provider issues.
- Raise the talent bar across the organization by setting high standards and modeling pace-setting execution.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of leadership experience delivering measurable outcomes in complex operational environments.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Proven experience driving end-to-end initiatives from strategy through execution to improve efficiency and quality.
- Strong systems thinking and product mindset with experience owning roadmaps and KPIs.
- Ability to lead distributed teams and external vendors through metrics and clear accountability.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of solving difficult operational challenges.
