What you will do
- Partner with business leaders to interpret hiring needs and design recruiting strategies balancing immediate and long-term pipeline development.
- Drive sourcing and pipelining by building targeted talent pools using advanced search techniques and engaging communities.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, execute initial screening assessing relocation, immigration, and compensation factors.
- Implement best practices in sourcing, assessment, and selection; coach teams on tools and frameworks.
- Analyze market data to inform hiring plans, craft tailored sourcing strategies, and ensure operational compliance.
Requirements
- 4+ years in talent acquisition, HR, or related field (or Bachelor's + 2+ years, or equivalent)
- 2+ years sourcing experience in high-volume, fast-paced tech organization supporting multiple roles
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search, ATS, and creative sourcing channels like and technical communities.
- Ability to identify diverse and nontraditional talent, consult on new roles, and elicit candidate interest through storytelling.
Nice to have
- Curiosity and use of AI tools to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
- Experience sourcing across multiple countries and global compliance.
- Fluency in data analysis for sourcing strategy and personalized outreach for technical audiences.
- Experience with iCIMS ATS and partnering with senior leaders in global teams.
