Salary: $125,000 – $190,000 (US-based, plus equity and benefits)

What you will do

• Source, qualify, and hire top technical talent for Engineering and Product teams
• Partner strategically with CTO, Engineering leadership, and C-level executives
• Track and report on hiring metrics; manage multiple concurrent searches
• Build job descriptions, interview rubrics, and process improvements
• Use tools like Gem and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Represent hirify.global in all candidate interactions

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience in early-stage high-growth tech company
• Proven track record sourcing passive top-tier technical talent
• Ability to design and implement recruiting processes and strategies
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
• Self-starter thriving in fast-paced environments
