What you will do
- Build and manage segmented talent pipelines for key sales roles, including Enterprise AE, Solutions Engineer, and Regional Sales Directors.
- Map the external sales talent landscape and source qualified profiles via LinkedIn, referrals, and industry events.
- Lead relationship-first outreach and nurture passive talent across 3, 6, and 12-month horizons.
- Create sales-specific outbound messaging frameworks and produce employer branding content.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and translate sourcing insights into structured CRM data.
- Collaborate with Sales Recruiters to ensure seamless handoffs of pre-engaged and pre-qualified candidates.
Requirements
- 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or an enterprise sales background with a strong aptitude for talent-spotting.
- Proven track record of building and sustaining long-term candidate relationships.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and ATS platforms for candidate data management.
- Experience planning and attending in-person talent or industry networking events.
- Location: Must be based in the United States.
