Location: Remote, Must be based in the US or Canada (NYC preferred)

Salary: $230,000–$280,000 + equity

What you will do

  • Build and enhance the end-to-end talent acquisition playbook and standard of excellence for sourcing and closing talent.
  • Coach the recruiting team and establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for hiring managers to ensure accountability.
  • Optimize the recruiting tech stack and implement AI workflows to automate routine tasks and increase funnel velocity.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to translate the company's mission and culture into a compelling narrative.
  • Use recruiting analytics to identify friction points and drive continuous improvement in the hiring process.
  • Directly manage full-cycle recruitment for high-impact leadership roles while mentoring recruiters and coordinators.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • 3+ years of experience leading talent teams in a SaaS or Tech environment.
  • Expertise in ATS management and leveraging AI workflows for candidate downselection.
  • Strong ability to influence senior leaders through a blend of data and intuition.
  • Agile mindset comfortable with the fast-paced environment of a high-growth startup.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
