Salary: $114,000 - $131,000 USD (including OTE)

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and Product roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on priorities and candidate profiles.
  • Build high-volume pipelines via proactive sourcing and market mapping.
  • Track and deliver against key metrics including retention, time-to-fill, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience from first touch to close.
  • Contribute to the evolution of recruiting tools and workflows to support scale.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in startup or scale-up environments.
  • Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and delivering against key metrics.
  • Strong data literacy to guide decisions and improve funnel performance.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse and Ashby.
  • Based in New York and able to work from the office 2–3 days per week.
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates in competitive markets.
